FireHub gives me what I need for my role, my workplace and the situation I am in.
A business does not need more routines. It needs routines that work.
FireHub reads the documentation and builds the training the employees go through. The manager sees the status. The contact person who left gets a successor.

Sara gets Eat & Go's own quizzes when she first logs in, made with pictures from their own kitchen. Extinguisher drill on Thursday.

Fire instructions completed. Where is the extinguisher nearest the kitchen?

By the door to the storeroom. I will show you on Saturday.
Filed to Eat & Go. Sara is ready for her first shift. The drill on Thursday is next.
FireHub shows which procedures, inspections and tasks the business handles itself, and which matters need to be clarified or handled by the landlord or service provider.
Employees do not need every detail. They need what applies to their role, their workplace and the situation they are actually in.

Completed theory and practical preparedness are not the same. FireHub makes both visible without pretending one proves the other.

FireHub gives me what I need for my role, my workplace and the situation I am in.

FireHub shows what has been done, what is still missing and who needs follow-up.
Before Thursday's fire drill, follow up the person who has not started.

FireHub uses what is known about the building, the business and the history to suggest what should be followed up next.
Facilities confirms, changes or passes it on.
Everyday life can change a risk in minutes. FireHub connects what happens to the right role, suggests the next step and keeps the matter visible until someone has confirmed what has been done.
A short check question to all employees.
Sara reported it with a photo. FireHub linked the matter to Amina, who is responsible in the business.
FireHub has linked the temp to the fire instructions, the escape routes and what she needs before Thursday's fire drill.
Had the inspection come at 10.00, it would have been an order, and nobody could have called it unreasonable.
An inspection report, a deviation or new documentation can raise questions about responsibility and next steps. Get in touch if you would like to see how FireHub can be used on your buildings.
A temp who does not know where the emergency exit is closes more than that.
FireHub gives every employee what applies to her on her phone, keeps routines and controls in context, and tells the manager when something needs following up.
The temp started yesterday. The fire instructions exist, and they are good. They are in the office, and on Saturday night she is alone in the kitchen.
When she logged in for the first time, the instructions, the escape routes and the onboarding quiz were there, made from what Eat & Go already had. She confirmed that she has read them. It is recorded on the business when the inspector asks.
FireHub keeps it consistent, with what is fact at the time of reporting.
Tasks and events
The business that uses the building has its own duties, whatever the owner does
As the user of the building, you are covered by Forskrift om brannforebygging (Fire Prevention Regulations): fire-safe use (§ 11), systematic safety work (§ 12) and documentation (§ 13). If the business has employees, Internkontrollforskriften (Internal Control Regulations) also applies. If the fire authority carries out an inspection, you have a duty to provide information under Brann- og eksplosjonsvernloven (Fire and Explosion Protection Act) § 33.
FireHub shows what applies to your use, keeps routines and inspections in one place, and turns a fire inspection report into concrete tasks with deadlines and owners.
Start with the premises you are in.
We are now taking on the first buildings in Norway. We start with the documentation you already have and set up the building in FireHub.
