Barn
Animals and operations need looking after every day.
The history stays with the farm when people, suppliers or ways of working change.
Everything that has been inspected, fixed and learned about the farm is in FireHub. Whoever takes over gets it with them.
A procedure for the farmhouse does not cover the risk in the livestock building, workshop or machinery shed.
A farm can be made up of several buildings and many different activities. FireHub makes it easier to follow each matter in the right place without losing the whole picture.
Animals and operations need looking after every day.
Repairs, maintenance and hot work such as welding and cutting.
Assets, crops and machinery under one roof.
When a supplier has been on the farm, the report, findings, invoice and actions can be linked so the follow-up does not stop when the documents are delivered.
The deviations must be fixed and documented before the case is closed.
Read from the completion notice.
Training must be given and documented. The emergency poster hangs by the barn door.
An inspection report, a deviation or new documentation can raise questions about responsibility and next steps. Get in touch if you would like to see how FireHub can be used on your buildings.
Procedures must reflect day-to-day life on the farm.
Employees, relief workers and activities change throughout the year.
Whoever helps out on the farm does not need every detail. FireHub makes it easier to give the right information to the right person when it is needed.

If one of them burns at night, the insurer asks for the electrical inspection the next day.
FireHub keeps fire safety in order for every building on the farm. It shows inspections, reports and what has to be done, and says so when something is still open.
The electrical inspection was carried out in March. The inspector found three deviations and wrote a good report. It sits in an e-mail, between spring work and everything else. One of the deviations is overheating in the switchboard in the barn.
Welding in the workshop in June: the hot work checklist comes to your phone when you are about to start, not at the course three years ago. Fire watch and extinguisher are confirmed before you strike the arc.
One deviation is urgent: overheating in the switchboard in the barn. Two have a longer deadline. The electrician who did the inspection can be booked directly.
Book the switchboard first.
Thursday morning. Done: new fuse, photo added.
The deviation is closed with documentation. Can be shared with the insurer whenever you want. Filed to the farm.
The report was not in an e-mail until the insurer asked.
The insurer asks for the inspection when something has happened, not before.
FireHub keeps it consistent, with what is fact at the time of reporting.
What is broken, what people ask for, what is urgent. FireHub keeps fire safety visible, so decisions are not made at the expense of fire prevention, and choices rest on the right basis.
Simple, understandable status
On a farm, the owner, the user and the person responsible for operations are often the same person, and the farm buildings carry a risk ordinary homes do not have
As the owner of farm buildings, you are subject to Forskrift om brannforebygging (Fire Prevention Regulations): systematic safety work (§ 9), documentation (§ 10), inspection and maintenance (§ 5) and heating installations (§ 6). How the buildings are used decides what must be followed up.
FireHub keeps the farm's buildings, inspections and documentation in context, made for the fact that one person often has many roles.
Start with the buildings you have.
We are taking on the first buildings in Norway now. We start with the documentation you already have, set up the building in FireHub, and help you get started with the systematic safety work and documentation that Forskrift om brannforebygging § 9 and § 10 place on the owner.
Start with the documentation you have. FireHub shows what exists, what is missing and what needs to be followed up across the farm.
