The ecosystem

The ecosystem around fire prevention

FireHub is the ecosystem around fire prevention, where people, businesses, buildings and professional communities are connected through a shared understanding, relevant information and real follow-up. Every actor gets value in their own role, while their actions can create value for others.

Domain-driven AI is the engine that understands the connections and suggests the next step. People confirm and carry it out.

The shared understanding

What one person does changes what another has to follow up.

  1. The supplier documents

    1. The owner gets a task

    2. The tenant is told

Three ways into the same ecosystem

The ecosystem effect

  1. When a supplier documents, the owner gets a better basis.
  2. When the owner follows up, the tenants get clearer responsibility.
  3. When employees and residents take part, prevention becomes visible.

Changed since last time: 2

New fire drawing, rev. C from March: wall removed on the ground floor, new hot buffet with a fire curtain. New contact person: Jacob, board chair. To consider on this job: the 2021 fire strategy does not mention the fire curtain. Should it be connected to the fire alarm system? Not decided. The owner and the fire engineer have been notified.

Hi Jacob. I see there is a new drawing. I will take a look at the curtain's control while I am at the detector, so you know what it takes. Arriving at 10.

Jacob · Sameiet Storgata 15

Good. The kitchen is there from 9.

Detector replaced. The curtain has its own control, not connected to the alarm. Photos and what it takes to connect it are filed.

Filed to Storgata 15. The question of connection sits with the owner and the fire engineer.
Storgata 15 · same case, new supplier

I can see the drawing from March and the service report from Wednesday. Hi Jonas, have you considered whether the fire curtain should be connected to the fire alarm?

Hi Emil. We documented how the control works today. Photos and report are filed on the job. Whether it should be connected to the alarm is for the owner to clarify with the fire engineer.

The conversation and the documentation are linked to Storgata 15. The question of connection is still open with the owner and the fire engineer.

The next supplier can see earlier work, find the right documentation and put questions to the one who actually did the job, with access to what is relevant for the job.
